Privacy Policy

How Dobler Data Solutions, LLC handles information collected through this website and the proof-of-value request form.

Effective date: October 2, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 2, 2026

The short version

We collect the contact details you give us when you request a proof of value, and basic information about how this website is used. We do not sell your information, and we run no advertising trackers on this site. This policy covers the website and the request list; the Dobler Insights service itself is governed by the agreement you receive before it begins.

Who we are

This website and the Dobler Insights service are operated by Dobler Data Solutions, LLC (“Dobler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company.

For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer requests and keep this site running.

  • Information you give us. When you request a proof of value, we collect your name, work email address, company, and, optionally, your role. You provide this voluntarily.
  • Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
  • Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and this site is not directed at children.

What we do not collect

To be explicit:

  • We do not collect the contents of your spreadsheets, databases or reports through this website.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
  • We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Contact you about your request and, if we proceed, to set up your proof of value.
  • Answer questions you send us.
  • Operate, secure, and improve this website.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site and our contact list. They process information subject to their agreements with us and their own privacy obligations:

ProviderPurposeWhat it receives

Constant ContactRequest list and email communicationName, email, company, role

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

The Dobler Insights service

This policy covers the website and the request list. When you run a proof of value or subscribe, how we handle your data is governed by the agreement you receive before it begins.

How the service keeps each viewer to their own data, and how it handles credentials, is described in plain terms on the security page.

Retention

We keep your request details for as long as we are in contact about it, or until you ask us to remove you. If you unsubscribe, we may retain the limited information needed to honor that request, so you are not accidentally added back later. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

Your choices and rights

You are in control of the information you have given us:

  • Unsubscribe from any email we send, using the link in that email.
  • Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Just ask.
  • Withdraw your request at any time, for any reason, with no consequence.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may give you additional rights regarding your personal information. Where required by applicable law, we will honor those rights. Email us and we will act on it.

Legal bases for processing. Where applicable law requires us to identify one: we process request information because you asked us to contact you about a proof of value; correspondence because it is necessary to respond to you; and technical information as necessary for the security and operation of this site.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we deliberately hold as little as possible, which is the most effective protection available.

International transfers

Dobler Data Solutions is based in the United States, and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries in which they operate. As a result, your information may be processed in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from those in your own country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service and the business evolve. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
